Bright Annealing Conditions for 304 Stainless Steel Tubes:
1.The bright annealing furnace must be tightly sealed and isolated from external air. If hydrogen is used as the protective gas, only one exhaust port is needed.
2.First, check whether the furnace materials are dry. Second, ensure that the Stainless Steel Tubes entering the furnace do not contain excessive moisture.
3.To prevent micro-leakage, the protective gas inside the furnace must maintain a certain positive pressure. If hydrogen is used as the protective gas, the pressure should typically exceed 20 kBar.
4.Stainless Steel Tubes usually undergo solution heat treatment (commonly referred to as annealing) within a temperature range of 1040–1120°C.
You can also observe the annealing zone through the furnace inspection port. The Stainless Steel Tubes should appear incandescent but must not soften or sag.
The annealing atmosphere for Stainless Steel Tubes is primarily pure hydrogen.
Therefore, the gas purity should be as close to 100% as possible. Excessive oxygen or moisture in the atmosphere can significantly affect the quality of the Stainless Steel Tubes.
