304 Hot Rolled NO.1 Stainless Steel Tube is a pipe made of 304 stainless steel as raw material, which is one of the most widely used stainless steel pipe types. Its core composition consists of about 18% chromium (Cr) and 8% nickel (Ni), chromium element forms a dense chromium oxide film on the surface, which can effectively isolate oxygen and corrosive media, nickel element improves the toughness and corrosion resistance.

1.corrosion resistance: can resist ≤65% concentration of boiling nitric acid and most organic/inorganic acids, excellent intergranular corrosion resistance
2.Mechanical properties: tensile strength ≥520MPa, yield strength ≥205MPa, elongation ≥40%7
3.temperature resistance: the conventional use temperature limit is 650℃short-term high temperature resistance can reach 800℃
4.processability: easy to form at room temperature, less carbide precipitation in the heat affected zone after welding, suitable for welding
